We want you to love your Tigerlilly jewelry! If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a refund or exchange. We go to great lengths to ensure that you love your jewelry. We will happily alter sizes and colors upon request.
Returns/Exchanges
Items must be returned to us within 14 days of delivery with all original tags attached. To make a return, please call us at 804-402-8767 or email returns@tigerlillyjewelry.com within 7 days of receipt of your purchase. We will issue you a return authorization number. A restocking fee of 25% will be charged for returns on custom designs, orders with custom changes, and earrings. We regret that we can not accept returns after the wedding date.
